The Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce is here to support the local business community during these unprecedented times. We are working together with local agencies such as BILD Wood Buffalo, Fort McMurray Construction Association, NAABA, and Wood Buffalo Economic Development to coordinate our efforts and share information coming from all levels of government to help provide you with the tools you need to respond and recover from the COVID-19 situation, and the recent flooding in downtown Fort McMurray.

Time is of the essence and we know that many businesses may be experiencing difficult choices or facing financial challenges.  There are a number of resources available to businesses such as yours, and the key is finding what is best for your unique business and situation. We will be posting relevant information on this website to help guide you through the various levels of support, so you can find what best suits your needs.

We are all working within a rapidly changing environment, and resources are expanding and multiplying every day.  We are here to provide you with connections to the resources that may suit your businesses’ needs, and we encourage you to return to our website or to the websites of the local agencies across the region, to be sure you don’t miss out on opportunities that could help your business.

The COVID-19 situation and the flooding in downtown Fort McMurray are two different animals with varying needs and support resources, so we have created two different locations to help sort through the information more quickly and effectively.
