Boreal Therapy Collective is dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families feel more confident, overcome their struggles, and live more authentically

Our therapists believe in a holistic approach to therapy and mental wellness. Because of this, we combine therapy with support in navigating government services, healthcare and education systems, and community resources. When needed, we will advocate on your behalf and connect you with the best resources to meet your needs.

We conduct therapy either through in-person or virtual sessions, and we offer direct billing to over 30 benefit providers. If your benefit provider does not offer direct billing, we can provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
