About Us
Chalifour Denis & Associates is a locally owned and operated full-service property appraisal and consulting firm that has been serving Fort McMurray and the Municipality of Wood Buffalo since 1976. We are proud to have worked with developers, investors, home builders, lenders and various levels of government over the years, and to have been an active participant in the growth of Fort McMurray and Wood Buffalo.
Robert Denis, President of Chalifour Denis & Associates, has been and continues to be, involved in numerous community and non-profit organizations, such as:
- Rotary Club of Fort McMurray Active Member since 1997 (Lease Planning Committee)
- Wood Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame (2009-2014 President, Vice-President, etc.)
