Things you need to know before requesting a Winfax!

  • The winfax system is electronic. All documents must be submitted in Word format compatible with Microsoft Word 2007 or pdf format.
  • We DO NOT guarantee that we can send the winfax on a specific date.
  • Shading, graphics, pictures and use of special fonts are discouraged - this could lead to visibility issues rendering your fax useless.
  • We reserve the right to edit and/or refuse any document.
  • Documents cannot exceed 1-page in length.
  • All documents must contain a footer that states "if you have received this fax in error and would like to have your firm removed from our database, please call 780-743-3100".
  • Pre-payment is required on all orders. We accept major credit cards.
  • GST is charged on all orders.
